Focusing on the inexhaustible potential of Japanese confectionery known as "Wagashi," we initiated a promotion project aimed at introducing and delivering Japanese-made sweets to inbound travelers and overseas markets. As the first initiative of this project, we released "MATCHA WALK" in collaboration with Matsuemon, an additive-free confectionery in Bunkyo Ward, Tokyo. I was responsible for planning, product development, creative direction, and production of this collaboration.

At the first Christmas event after opening in Midtown Yaesu, we welcomed popular artists from Japan's largest handmade market portal site, 'Creema,' and organized, produced, coordinated, and managed a Christmas workshop themed 'Creating One-of-a-Kind Gift Cards for the World'.
As part of Minato Ward's certified city promotion, we organized a walking event where participants could enjoy exploring the streets of Akasaka while experiencing traditional Japanese confectionery and culture. hat maker that produces a diverse range of quality head-wear made in japan. This project is a collaboration between BOSE and CA4LA which crosses both their industries of music and fashion. We organized the collaboration of these two big brands, and also created the concept and the product development. We proposed the logo and tools for the project.

We proposed the seasonal promotion concept and produced a collaboration with several artists and a photographer. Also we designed the marketing tools (eg: flyer, POP, promotion tools etc ) including copy writing.
Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. is a Japanese multinational automobile manufacturer. Gas as Interface Co., Ltd. is a multifaceted creative platform company that combines our imagination and creativity of artists with the needs of business. The collaboration project was for ‘N-Link’, that was an exclusive web site for Nissan web members created by Nissan , and one of its content was shopping street. We organized the collaboration of these two big companies, and also the Swedish designer group Defyra as the graphic designers for the product. We also created the concept and the product development.

The “ Blossom café” was renewed as the “Sakura sparkle Lounge”, We proposed the concept with bubble decorations and designs for the celebration, and also directed and produced the exterior of the lounge.

SALLID was launched as a project team for developing and selling the brand, also as a start up for exchanging support programs between Japan and Peru.
